The staff showed real friendliness and politeness. i got strawberries with my waffles for two days. I loved it. the hotel maintained excellent cleanliness. the spa had a very nice smell!!!

during my stay, a private group used the swim-up bar, and it was closed to everyone else without prior notice.

The room, a premium king room, felt a bit stuffy. i suspect the air conditioning wasn't working at its best and a window barely helped! also, finding someone to assist with luggage was like searching for a unicorn. Non-existent baggage assistance really tested my patience.

my experience was somewhat disappointing. the walls seemed very thin, allowing noise from adjacent rooms to easily penetrate. also, the curtains did not effectively block out light, so the room was quite bright early each morning. (i wish i'd brought a sleep mask!)

My stay wasn't all smooth sailing. the promised sea view from my 'premium king room' was more like a sliver between two buildings. and they really need to sort out their towel situation at the beach. Chasing down someone for a towel shouldn't be part of the relaxation experience. it felt more like a scavenger hunt then a holiday.
